I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
Initiating a Return

Return Processing
Refunds might take up to 90 days and will be processed through your credit card. All associated costs with the return are your responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
We might decline returns for products:

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) via Ninjavan. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
If a delivery attempt fails twice or more due to your absence, a re-delivery fee of S$5 will apply.
ORDER STATUS
Orders made on business days (Monday-Thursday) will be processed the following workday. Those made over the weekend will be addressed on Monday. For order-related queries, reach out to us at care@llyricsoap.com.
MODIFYING ORDERS
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. If you have concerns about your order,
please contact us at care@llyricsoap.com and we'll assist you.
ADDRESSING ORDER ISSUES
For problems like missing or damaged items, please email us at care@llyricsoap.com with your order number. We're dedicated to resolving your issues swiftly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We're committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied. If you're not happy with a purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days, given:
- The item was bought on our website.
- The product is in its original condition: unopened and unused.
- Returns must be accompanied by a clear copy of the original receipt.
- If bought as a set, the entire set must be returned.
- Purchases with vouchers are not eligible for exchange or returns.
For exchanges, conditions apply as above. Kindly note, you bear the return shipping costs.
Damaged Deliveries
For damaged products, contact us within seven days of receiving your order, ensuring you meet our return conditions.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
We are very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Visit our website daily or follow us on socials to know about the latest updates oour collections.
I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
Unfortunately, We do not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens.

We accept international credit, Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
On the checkout page, there will be a billing and shipping section.
