SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) via Ninjavan. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
If a delivery attempt fails twice or more due to your absence, a re-delivery fee of S$5 will apply.
ORDER STATUS
Orders made on business days (Monday-Thursday) will be processed the following workday. Those made over the weekend will be addressed on Monday. For order-related queries, reach out to us at care@llyricsoap.com.

We are very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Visit our website daily or follow us on socials to know about the latest updates oour collections.
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.
