Returns

If you're not happy with a purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days, given:

  • The item was bought on our website.
  • The product is in its original condition: unopened and unused.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a clear copy of the original receipt.
  • If bought as a set, the entire set must be returned.
  • Purchases with vouchers are not eligible for exchange or returns.

For exchanges, conditions apply as above. Kindly note, you bear the return shipping costs.

Damaged Deliveries

For damaged products, contact us within seven days of receiving your order, ensuring you meet our return conditions.

Return Processing

Refunds might take up to 90 days and will be processed through your credit card. All associated costs with the return are your responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We might decline returns for products:

  • Stated as non-returnable.
  • Not adhering to our return conditions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
